My John Phillips was born in 1840 an his wife Emma in 1838. They has 3 children that I am aware of: Emma Born 1867 Jessie Born 1864 Louisa Born 1873 They all lived at 9 Caulesbury Street in the Civil Parish of Stoke Dameral in Devonport. In 1901 John and Emme were still together at the same address. I dont know if there is a connection of some sort but this the closest I have come to finding someone looking for the same people of me.
