    3. Dear Debbie, I've owed you my thanks for a long time, but I'm finally here. In the autumn, winter and spring I write articles about classical music, so summer is when I have some free time. I'm very interested in the Virginia material. My Thomas Phillips and wife Isabel lived in Prince George County on a creek called Second Swamp. We have a record of six or more of their children. They went to Craven County, NC. Their oldest son was John Phillips, and we have an enormous amount of material about this beanch of the family, and can trace directly back to them. I'm trying to find whether Thomas Phillips (died 1743, as I recall) was originally from Prince George. If you have any information, plese do let me know. All good wishes, Mary Jane Phillips (Mary Jane Phillips-Matz) ----- Original Message ----- From: "Debbie" <debbiemcnabb@sbcglobal.net> To: <phillips@rootsweb.com> Sent: Saturday, March 01, 2008 4:09 PM Subject: [PHILLIPS] Virginia > a..
