Hi, Mary Jane et al, No, I don't think the line of Abraham Philips of Rockingham Co NC is related to your Phillips line, because your DNA does not match. We have two descendants of Abraham Philips in the project, and their results are shown in Family Group 16. Unfortunately, both of these men are very private and will not allow us to post their pedigrees; however, they both descend from Abraham Philips of Rockingham Co NC. As you probably know, Mary Jane, we just received DNA results back on a proven descendant of Thomas and Isabelle Phillips of Craven Co NC, and his results matched Family Group 5, not Family Group 16. As I recall, that is your Phillips line. This is a perfect example of the helpfulness of DNA analysis.
