My John Phillips was born in Kentucky around 1807. His wife was Elizabeth, also born in Kentucky. His parents were Charles and Eddy Hutchinson Phillips. Charles was born about 1776 in Virginia but married Eddy in 1797 in Kentucky. Their children were Robert, Matilda, John, Hutchinson, Andrew J., and Mahala.
