Born on April 24, 1982, Donnie was a resident of Albuquerque for most of his sixteen years. Donnie is survived by his mother, Leau A. Phillips, his brother, David Phillips, and a host of other special friends and chosen family, including Dr. Tom Rothfeld, Cathy and Tod Stevenson, Cindy and Dave White and their children, Erin, Kyna and Matt, and Judy and David Sheriff and their children, Graham, Mary, Ted, Sam, Julie, and Luke. The support and care given Donnie and his family throughout his life by Dr. Rothfeld and the staff of Pediatric Associates is especially appreciated. Donnie's life will be celebrated on Friday, June 5, 1998 at 6:00 p.m. at Alvarado Park. Contributions in Donnie's memory may be made to Family Voices, P.O.
