PHILLIPS, 30 years old, the wife of Fletcher PHILLIPS, 124 South Chelsea Avenue, died Monday at the Wilcrest Hospital. Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters: Helen and Carline PHILLIPS of the home address; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jesse GOINGS, Dubois, Wyo.: three brothers: Jesse GOINGS, Dubois, Wyo., Vernon and Fassler GOINGS, with the American Expeditionary Force in France, and two sisters: Mrs. W. F. BROWN, 509 Knickerbocker Apartments, and Miss Eveline GOINGS, Dubois, Wyo. Funeral services will be at 2:30 o'clock this afternoon at Eylar Bros.' chapel. Burial in Mount Washington Cemetery.
