Marilyn I have a Alford Phillips in my line, he was born abt. 1833. in NC married Sarah Huff in Polk Co. TN had two children I know of William B and Matilda. lost him after the civil war, can't find him anywhere does any of this sound familer? I had Phillips in Fannin Co. GA as well.
