I picked up one of a young toddler, identified as Bissell Adelbert PHILLIPS. I did a little research on him and he was born in 1899, according to the 1910 census of Muskegon, MI. His father was Willer, mother Martha and a sister, Jennie. He is adorable, dark hair and eyes, dressed in a long sleeve white day dress. I'd like to find family to send this to.
