His occupation was law enforcement; he served in different capacities. He was from OK. Note: Census for OK 1920 I'm looking for another George W. Phillips who was a farmer. I kept running into the Phillips from MO. His wife's name was Pearl and so was my George's wife. I eventually figured it out. I hope this helps you.
