TX... I don't know how close yours would have been to there... the person I am looking for was Joseph C. Phillips... census records show him as being born in Maryland.. he wound up in Freestone Co. where he married Bridget Reed Norris and later census records show the family as living in Louisiana.. Is it possible that your line may have moved to Louisiana? Betty
