I haven't joined either the YSearch or Phillips America. Please help me with that. Continuing the Phillips dialogue, it seems the Phillips line was strong in two areas, being nomadic and having lots of kids. But I haven't come across any in our line that went south of Virginia at least not permanently. To NC for example, or KY. That doesn't mean some didn't. I've been concentrating on a brick wall, Nicholas Phillips d. ca 1786 in Loudoun Co. and his two kids John Nicholas Phillips and Peter. Adding to the confusion is a Christian Phillips who shows up on the tax lists at that time. I think he's related somewhow.
