What if someone already has a DNA profile? Uncle Sam use to do this back in the 70's with out letting anyone know. I found out when I got a copy of my medical records and a DNA results were included. I am related to the Phillips via my maternal side. My Grandfather is Levi Alan Phillips from Wabash Indiana who is related to William Byrl Phillips. Dario Figert
