Do you know what the Phillips names were in Fannin? I am trying to connect my Wife's Grandamother Lila Bell Phillips Ward to the Phillips of Franklin and Fannin Countioes. She I think is in the 1900 Census for Franklin. We have very close friends who are Phillips and I feel the are related. Do not have a whole lot to go on. I do not have the names with me , but can give them later tonight. Thanks Mark Jeanette Ponder <[email protected]> wrote: Marilyn I have a Alford Phillips in my line, he was born abt. 1833. in NC married Sarah Huff in Polk Co.
