Phillips of Converse, IN”, which I’d like to get back to descendants or family members. Photo was taken in 1905 , apparently while he was finishing college in Richmond (Wayne Co.) IN, and he looks to be about age 22. This photo was with a group of other college graduates, all taken in Richmond, IN. I found Jesse I. Phillips in the 1900 census for Jackson Twp., Miami Co., IN.
