My family lore has it that my ggggrandfather was a Samuel Phillips. However, my gg grandfather and grandfather were born in Arkansas. Any of your Phillips migrate to Arkansas area? I am at a dead end, working only on the assumption that his name is Samuel. Thank you Lynn
