Dr. Phillips (sorry if that's too formal, but it's better than too INformal) - Who is your father, grandfather and great grandfather? Just curious....my last known relative was a Phillips born in eastern TN, but a census record I found states his father was from NC and his mother from VA. I don't have any more info. than that. Guess I'm grasping at straws from the Carolinas at this point.....LOL. Trying to find ANYTHING at this point..... FYI - I'm going to have my dad do the DNA test, as well, at some point. He is a straight line Phillips male (at least as far back as I can get, which is Robert Phillips b. 1801 in TN).
