She was the 3rd child of five born to Fred Phillips and ann Baker. Fred and Ann had eventually abandoned all five children in different places. The First child Carol born about 1958 was left somewhere between Chicago and Seattle about 1964 The next three were left at a grocery store in Seattle around 1967 they were Jim who was born around 1960 Kathy born in 1962 Chicago Cindy born 1964 Chicago The last child was abandoned in a hospital in New Mexico around 1972 He was Danny born around 1966. My friend was Middle child, she was eventually adopted and her records sealed. She was around 5 when she was abandoned and remebers verry little of her parents. The only thing she knows is her immunization records for school said she was born in Chicago and apparently born at home.
