The book is sold widely as a cd, but THAT copy lacks the Phillips section and the fan chart which is in the back as well as the Royal lineage section. CL suspected there were parts missing in the cd. His parents are listed as William & Ellender Bogue. I finally ordered a interlibrary copy of the book & found that I was right, there were 28 pages missing from the front of the book & no reference to the Fan Chart in the back of the book. Hoping to find a copy to buy I contacted a used book store in Erie, PA & was fortunate to find one. ( My Phillips line & the Bogue line are from Erie ). You might want to try an interlibrary loan or try the book store I used, to see if they might know of another copy. There is a fold out Fan Chart in the back of the book also.
