Congratulations on your careful and well-documented research. If you have any males relatives named Phillips who would be willing to get their DNA tested, we would love to have them in the DNA project. We are making a concerted effort to recruit more male Phillips in Ireland and the UK in an attempt to identify our deep roots across the pond. The DNA test is painless and only involves swabbing the inside of the cheek to obtain some cheek cells for analysis. The lab mails a kit to the testee and he returns his samples by mail to the lab. His kit is given a number and this is the only way his DNA results are ever identified to preserve his privacy.
