They have the same parents, born in the same town in 1844, same siblings, BUT different children. How do I find out if they are the same? Father: John H. Phillips from England born 1921 Mother: Sarah E. Phillips from England born 1921 Siblings: Elizabeth, Clara, Flora, Sarah, James Children (in Oswego): Bertie P, William Arthur Children (in Syracuse): Minnie, William s., and Mrs. William F.
