Bellinda: We exchanged messages last January, but only on the surname Crouch. After reading the lineages of your three Nancy Phillipses, I see that three of the names turned up in Adair Co. KY in the late 1700s, early 1800s: Phillips, Thomas, and Crouch. Do you have any information on the siblings of the Nancy Phillipses? Does one of them have a sister named Susannah Phillips? My Susannah would have been born ca 1755/1765, probably in VA. I don't know anything about her siblings, but her parents were said to be Thomas Phillips and Margaret Buchanan. Nancy Sicotte
Hello, Re: 3 dif. Nancys/1700s/NC&SC&MS/md:CROUCH/McCARTY/BRYANT (Multiple connecting family groups from VA > NC > SC > AL > MS > LA and some other locations as well) This email is being sent to several different ones of the connecting family surname groups that married into these PHILLIPS lines with the discovery of the families belonging to these 3 PHILLIPS women named Nancy so the surname group that this is being sent to, in some instances, may only see their particular surname mentioned once in this but there are additional connections. I have 3 different Nancy PHILLIPS that I am searching for who may or may not be directly related to each other as many of these groups frequently married into the other groups mentioned as well as other connecting groups. They are as follows. Looking forward to hearing from anyone who might be able to identify one of these women who were all named Nancy PHILLIPS. Please take a look at the following as I look forward to hearing from anyone connecting with any of the information and, especially, with the PHILLIPS family group as I anticipate that these 3 Nancy PHILLIPS are all probably related, directly or indirectly.
