    3. Dr. Phillips (sorry if that's too formal, but it's better than too INformal) - Who is your father, grandfather and great grandfather? Just curious....my last known relative was a Phillips born in eastern TN, but a census record I found states his father was from NC and his mother from VA. I don't have any more info. than that. Guess I'm grasping at straws from the Carolinas at this point.....LOL. Trying to find ANYTHING at this point..... FYI - I'm going to have my dad do the DNA test, as well, at some point. He is a straight line Phillips male (at least as far back as I can get, which is Robert Phillips b. 1801 in TN). 3. I've found that this works best for me, too. I share everything. And luckily, my cousins and family members do, too. I even started a yahoo group just for my family where we all post pictures, and where I upload everything I'm working on in terms of research. Quite a few of my family members have become very interested and really love being able to learn about the family, correspond, share stories and pictures, etc. [email protected] wrote: In a message dated 10/9/2006 5:30:59 PM Pacific Daylight Time, [email protected] writes: Bob, the sentiment below is exactly how feel about the cousins...or the ones that misplaced what was given to them and wanted another copy. .. before the computer.
