    2. My grandmother was Bridget Elizabeth Phelan b. 1863 to John Phelan(Whelan) and Mary Power.     3. John Phelan (Whalen,Whelan) and Mary Power are the name of my g..g.grandparents from countyWaterford.John was one of their sons and my g.grandfather was Martin Whalen but he was born in 1830. John was suppose to have come to United States and lived in Perry N.C.
