I have also downloaded and printed every piece of information you have labored to provide the list. So, before I go on I want to thank you and let you know that I bow to the feet of such a dedicated and generous nature such as yours. \ Father Reginald Phelan was not from Canada. He was born in Fall River, Mass to my uncle, Edward Maurice Phelan and Marie Louise Boyer maybe 1932. He went to Canada to study religion and was affiliated with a religious order there. Many years later he ended up in Florence, AZ then Tucson, AZ where he lived out his last years. He died in 1998. I will keep your note.
