I don't have the Phelan Genealogy report on my site yet, one of those things I put on the back burner and didn't realize I hadn't put it online. I will work on getting it online soon, so check back at the site. Maybe before the day if over. There are Phelan's mentioned in the Tedrow Genealogy report, but doesn't go back to the Pierce Phelans.
