Charles P. Shank, gave me a book of CERTIFICATION OF EXCERPTS FROM MARRIAGE LICENSE RECORD. These are certificates that he had copied from the Marriage License Dockets (MLD) at the Courthouse in Ebensburg. Charles copied all these, but they are not certified with the seal. They do give the Vol. and Page #, date the license shows that said persons were married on, where they lived/or birthplace, and age at time of marriage, and the parents of the bride and groom. > They look just like the certified copy, but they are not certified.
