Annette, I was just passing the information on to the list in case someone wanted to contact the person who put out the query on the Russell mailing list. Unfortunately, I have no other knowledge of this line. The person who sent out the query was Juliwai@qci.net and not me. You would need to contact them to see if you can connect. I belong to a service provided by Rootsweb that sends me a copy of any mail sent out on a Rootsweb mailing list which mentions the names of Phelan, Phalen, Whelan, Whalen, etc. I pass on anything that I think might be of interest to anyone on the list. I usally know absolutely nothing about the info as I'm only passing it along in case it will help someone. I hope this explains the FYI only messages that I send out.
