    3. It Seems my branch of Phelans arrived in Montreal around 1840? and opened a Bakery there - T.P. Phelan Bakery... My Great Grandfather Thomas Phelan knew better than stay with a thriving business ( that went on to be a very large food supplier to this day). He moved to Kingston Ontario Canada to become a "cigar-maker" Thus we are not the rich & Famous Phelans His Parents were :William Phelan 1811-1868 b:Maryborough Co. Laois, Ireland d: Montreal Quebec Mary Flanagan about 1811-1864 b:Fermangh,Ireland d: Montreal Quebec Their children:Thomas b: Abt.July 18, 1844 / Charles b: November 6, 1845 / Patrick b: March 26, 1847 / James b:October 7, 1848 / John J. b: Aug. 3, 1850 / Mary Margaret b: Nov. 8 1851 / Mary Jane b: 1854 Well there's some of my Family I guess I'm just testing this system to see how it works for now Doug Phelan
