I have in my possession a genealogy starting with Ruth Clement married to James Phelan. James was born in Ireland and died in Illinois. Eventually they and there children all settled in and around Henry Co., IL.. I am descended from one of their children. If anyone has IL Phelans please feel free to contact me.
