If you click on http://www.rootsweb.com/~maillist you can access all surname or locality mailing lists that are available on rootsweb. The Phelan-L has recently been entered on this list. We are now 33 subscribers and growing. I still don't know when the Phelan-L list will be put out on Cyndi's list but if and when I find out, I'll pass it on. This would give us even better exposure so we can continue to hunt out our elusive Phelans!! Thanks, Glenda
