Carol - What is your Phelan line? My husband's was Thomas, Jeremiah, Jesse Evans, Jesse, Oscar, Noel. His name was Thomas also. I have a lot of info on Jesse Evans and his decendents. Are you related to the Globe,Az/New Mexico Phelans? (Thomas Jefferson Phelan, son of Jesse)?
