Glenda, I have a Thomas Phelan that I have been searching for for many years. He was in NYC in 1830 m. Julia Vail Moved to NH (census 1840)) was in jTownsend, MA and Lynn MA and finally the family came back to NYC and Brooklyn.1850 NYC 1860-1900 Brooklyn. Does this ring any bells? Rene'
