Thanks, Pat. I'll save this and add it to the tag lines of the Phelan e-mail. I love these old proverbs, etc. I try to change them every couple of months. In case no one has never noticed, tab below to the bottom of each Phelan message and there are about 10 different proverbs, etc that keeps revolving.
