Ros, it sounds like you're subscribed in the digest mode so you'll have to unsubscribe from the digest address which is Phelan-D-request@rootsweb.com . This is why when you sent your cancellation request to the mail mode (Phelan-L) the automated message said you were not subscribed there. Sorry you're having problems but if you'll try one more time and send a message to the above address and put only the word unsubscribe in the message, you'll be off in no time.
