I am searching for the parents of Jacob FUNK b. c. 1830 in Germany. He married Louisa Sternberger in Bottenbach, Pfalz, Bayern Germany. She was the daughter of Johan Christian STERNBERGER and Catharina WEBER. I am also looking for information on Johan Christian and Catharina. Jacob and Louisa came to America and settled in DuBois, Clearfield Co., PA where he worked as a blacksmith.
