I had no problem finding Lorelei Press. It is associated with the FEEFHS site and the very next link is to this one.... http://www.softcom.net/users/lorelei/index.html about the book in question. They don't accept Internet orders. You have to mail to the company. They listed phone number for your benefit. Even email address if you have any questions. And many big mail order companies I know of use PO Boxes (including mine). W.
