You will probably have to have a car to get there. You should find hotels in Bingen or Bad Kreuznach or Mainz. If people do take in guests, ie Bed and Breakfast, then you will probably be served breakfast as you will be in hotels. There might be a snack bar for lunch. Do a search for Rheinland-Pfalz Tourism or German Tourism. There will probably be a link to hotel diectory for the area. Or look at the station in the twon you descide to stay in. bob gillis
