The Institute is headed by Dr. Paul, who speaks and writes fluent English, and is often a lecturer in the States. It should be no problem to write there in English. As Margaret said, not everyone is listed in their files, but they are still quite extensive. And anyone who has information about the emigration of their ancestors should send that data in, as they are eager to become as complete as possible. :-) I believe they are state-supported. Donations are not necessary, but something to cover postage to America ($5) would be nice. Carol
