This is my 1st post to the list - I've been reading for a couple weeks since I signed up- Hope I get this right. I'm looking for any info on: Martin Menz b. 9 Jan 1817 immigrated 1847/48 m. Maria Anna Wegerle in Stark Co Ohio 11 Jan 1848 2 sone born in Germany were: Thadeus b. 10 April 1842 Linus b. 23 Feb 1845 The only info I have on location is a story that passed down in three different lines that he told of him and his brothers walking to Luxembourg. In another line they said he was from Hamburg(That's a long walk.) Could have been port of embarkation. But when I found Homburg I thought ahha. Sorry for the length. Oh his 1st wife died in passage and I haven't been able to find out who she was. -Any help will be appreciated. Even a concentration of the name would help Thanks Kathy
