I think that the Catholic Church in Gossersweiler did not exist before 1732, that Gossersweiler was settled or founded in 1732 or that the church books before then were destroyed. The church might have been in another town. Towns around Gossersweiler are Hauenstein, Annweiler , Silz, (quite small) and Völkersweiler. Do a place search in the FHL Catalogue for them and see if RC records prior to 1732 exist there. bob gillis
