Evelyn, This Ellis Island site: http://www.americanparknetwork.com/parkinfo/content.asp?catid=70&contenttypeid=34 mentions the gift shop, and that the video shown in the theater is available there. You could contact them to find out its price, and if it could be ordered. There's a phone number for them on the "park overview" link, and probably a way to contact them via e-mail, too. Most National Park Sites offer for sale the video(s) they show. There could, however, be more than one video, so knowing the actual title would probably be good to know. It's been 13 years since I was there, and can't remember if we saw the movie, or not. You might also check your local library. I know ours has a lot of documentary and educational videos, so it's possible they could already have it in their collection.
