Bal and Anne, If you go to www.familytreemaker.com you should find a link to Tech support. Once there, you should see an option to join the FTM mailing list. You can put your question there to be answered by (mostly) other users. They are quite knowledgeable. A FTM support person monitors the list on and off, but mostly it's customers. Two things I know: 1. A printer must be installed (even if one is not attached to that particular machine) in order to ever VIEW the reports on screen. It needs the driver in order to format them. Even a "generic" printer will do. 2. There have been no recent upgrades (and none planned) for MAC machines. I cannot tell you, however, if it will work on a MAC that will "imitate" a PC platform. I think some MAC users used to be on the list, but I don't particularly remember any recent MAC questions. Perhaps that will help. Good luck.
