I have found that by opening Word, it then will print. Hopefully this will be helpful to you. Anne (annetp@aol.com)
It may not be the IMAC at all. I have always thought (based on personal experience) that FTM is very user unfriendly when it comes to printing, that's why I went back to my first choice, Brother's Keeper. John Steed (the developer) stays quite up-to-date on things. Note that this is shareware. You try it to see if you like it. If so, pay a modest amount, if not, remove it. It won't cost you anything to look. His link is at: http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/Brothers_Keeper/ Hope this helps, Joe > In a message dated 1/18/2001 11:24:40 AM Eastern Standard Time, > PFALZ-D-request@rootsweb.com writes: > > > > > I have just found that Family Tree Maker and my iMAC USB set up are not > > compatible and I can't print anything.
