My greatgrandmother was born in Lautersheim and I have been unable to find any thing about the town.She was born in 1850.Has the name changed? Is it now part of another town? Any help appreciated.Thank you, Pat

I Googled it and while there were a number of German results; in English there were only a few with directions. Try Googleing on Deutche Weinstrasse which may bring up some descriptive info on the region.
