    3. I am coming back to may first reply to the Rüdesheim request of Roger. There are actually two Rüdesheim: a town Rüdesheim am Rhein (bordering the Rhine river) around 20 km West of Wiesbaden and another village Rüdesheim around 2 km West of Bad Kreuznach. Rüdesheim am Rhein is the location I mentionned in my first mail. It belonged to Nassau and later to Hessen-Nassau and now-a-days to Hessen, whereas Rüdesheim near Bad Kreuznach belonged to the Prussian Rheinland, county of Koblenz, and later on to Rheinland-Pfalz.
