The LDS FamilySearch site says the LDS Family History Library in Salt Lake City has 5 microfilms of the Poppenweiler church books starting in 1586 to 1909 for the one nearest Stuttgart (OA. Ludwigsburg). You can rent the microfilms at your local LDS Family History Center.
