Not sure if this is the right geographic area or not, but I'm looking for relatives who came from Edigheim/Oppau in the 1880's- 1890's. My direct ancestors where Christopher (Christian?) Reuther and his wife Caroline Schmitt, and their son John, also children Henry and Katherine. They immigrated to Effingham. He had a brother/cousin? named Jacob who immigrated to Effingham with his wife Christina Fuchs in the 1890'.
