Bob, Thanks for replying. Unkenbach is small (1910 pop.364 with no post office or train), but it shows up on Mapquest if you zoom-in to small enough scale. It is about 20 km. SW from Bad Kreuznach. I took the town name directly from the GRIMM's emigration document which I am fortunate enough to have the original. Thanks for the tip regarding spelling: Cappel vs. Cassel. I will look for that while searching.
