Go to your temporary internet files and clear out everything in it. This also has the cookies. I had a problem with some one getting into my genealogy files and taking what they wanted (I have an idea who, if it shows up where I think it does-------). When your surfing you get cookies and attachments from the sites you visit, so your computer can run program. They are suppose to be deleted when you leave the site, but they don't. Leaving your programs open to what and who ever. This is also the reason computer crash so much. The first time I cleaned my it had over 8,000 different surfing attachment and/or cookies.
