Thank you to everyone who responded to my junk mail query....I truly appreciate all the input. It's impossible to answer each of you directly so I'll quickly post it here and then we can all get back to genealogy <grin>. The answers were probably 90% NO to receiving junk mail. About 10% of you said YES. I must conclude that my address got to the "get-rich-quick scheme" spammers in another way somehow......not thru my use of the list. I knew Rootsweb would not do that...I thought perhaps someone else was monitering the list for purposes other than genealogy. Thanks for all your tips and suggestions... Rose
